SEBILE is not a typical company that produces common styles or copies currently popular tackle as others in the industry do; SEBILE researches, tests and offers anglers unique products that are one-of-a-kind and that truly "speak" to the fish more than to the angler, and that is a big part of the success that SEBILE baits have had in the short time the company has been in business.

Patrick Sebile founded SEBILE USA in 2006 and since then, SEBILE has distinguished itself by winning a total of seven international tackle trade show awards.

At EFTTEX, the European Fishing Tackle Trade Exhibition in Rome, Italy in 2008, SEBILE won Best Hard Lure for its Stick Shadd Blood Red series.

At ICAST 2009 in Orlando, Florida, SEBILE won two awards — Best Hard Bait for its Spin Shad and Best Soft Bait for its Magic Swimmer Soft. It was the first time in ICAST's 41 year history that a company won both hard and soft lure categories.

In June 2010, SEBILE became the only brand on record to win three awards at EFTTEX hosted in Valencia, Spain. The company won Best Hard Lure for its D&S Crank, Best Metal Lure for its Pro-Shad Spinnerbait and Best Accessory/Terminal Tackle for the SEBILE Soft Weight System.

In July 2010, the company won the Best Terminal Tackle award for the SEBILE Soft Weight System at ICAST in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Winning so many awards is not an easy thing to do. EFTTEX and ICAST are the world's two largest, most important international sportfishing tackle trade shows. Many thousands of innovative new tackle products are entered into the judging, and only credentialed outdoor media, wholesale and retail store buyers are eligible to vote on the many new products. Awards are based on innovation, usability, design, quality, practicality and value for the money.

These awards are an acknowledgement that SEBILE produces high quality, innovative lures and terminal tackle that are well above the industry standard. These awards reflect the uniqueness and innovation that each SEBILE lure model brings to the fishing industry. The awards are industry expert recognition that the features, functions and benefits of each SEBILE product differentiates them from the competition.
