Salt & Sun Series

The SEBILE SALT & SUN series is the achievement by Patrick Sebile, based on years of worldwide trophy fishing that solves the problems sportsmen have many times while fighting very big fish. The fact is our strong opponents can free themselves at times because they can break the body of a conventional hard lure, open its hooks or tear out the internal rigging because these parts are not strong enough to handle such fighting pressures. To top it off, some predators have such sharp or cutting teeth they can go right through most lures. THE SEBILE SALT & SUN series is dedicated to catching these big game fish. These lures have reinforced bodies, the hooks used are chosen because they're the strongest ones available, the split rings are super heavy duty to protect against opening, and the hard plastic body itself is filled with foam. This is what makes your SEBILE Salt & Sun lures worthy of the most ferocious adversary, and even hard toothy bites don't destroy these lures - the Salt & Sun series will resist, endure and catch even more big fish!

Trophy hunters, here are your lures! With the creation of Salt & Sun series, Patrick Sebile has taken what he's learned from many years of battling and landing IGFA quality monsters, and he's designed a lure series that can stand up to the toughest fish!

When fishing for brutes and trophies, only the best will last and give you the chance to land the monster you were fighting with. This is the reason SEBILE has chosen to produce the Salt & Sun series lures ready to fish with the strongest hooks.

No component of a lure can be weak if you target an ultra strong adversary like tuna, giant trevally, cubera snapper, cobia, roosterfish or giant tarpon. Therefore our split rings are ultra strong!

All Full Wire lures have a double piece of wire that is welded to insure you the strongest resistance a lure can give you. Note: Only the Flatt Shad 124 is not full wire.

Some predators have teeth as strong as steel and razor sharp. They can tear through and puncture even the strongest lures. Usually this means you retire that brave warrior with a great memory but we have a better solution! Our foam-filled lures will survive to catch another monster even after a brutal attack that would destroy most other lures!

Salt and Sun new for 2011

These new sizes are the very largest ones in the Salt & Sun series now, and all the hooks and eyes are solidly connected on one head-to-tail steel plate inside the body, and feature advanced ultra-rigging of super strong new hooks, some custom-made by Patrick Sebile, along with new custom made monster swivels and mega-components.

The new, ultra-rigged sizes for 2011 cover all your trophy needs, from top to deep, casting, slow to high speed trolling clocked at up to 22 mph (knots) with the new Bonga Jerk 215—the fastest trolling hard bait in the industry! Not to mention the new Koolie Minnow Long Lip 240, the deepest diver on the seven seas! Plus five other new sizes for 2011 including the Flatt Shad XH 155 and 215, the Stick Shadd 210 FL and SK, and the monster Splasher 240, all with stainless steel plate internal construction that defies destruction!
